Q1. Why do I need pest control, I see no pests around?
Answer: Even though you do not see the pests, they are active almost all the time,
(see chart below).  Sometimes you will not see pests until it is too late.  Play it safe
and have your home sprayed today.

Q2. Why do you have service agreements and others have no agreements at
all?
Answer: We have service agreements for the protection of the customer and us, it
allows us to come onto your property and do the service, it also states clearly what
pests we are treating and clearly states your rights and our rights in the agreement.

Q3. I saw a scorpion; how do I know if there are more around and what
should I do about it?
Answer: Scorpions are pests who like to stay to themselves, they hide in cracks and
under things, a good rule is to keep areas clean from debris and clutter, and if you
see a scorpion call us for treatment where there is one there can be more.

Q4. I have children and pets in my home and am concerned about their           
safety how do you protect them?
Answer: While providing pest control services, we care for your children and pets as
much as you do. We ask for at least one (1) hour dry time after the treatment before
you allow your children and pets back into the area. We use the most environmentally
safe chemicals on the market.

Answer: Eliminate places pests can enter into your home this is the main priority, by     
sealing cracks, replace weather-stripping when it is worn out or torn, screening off        
vents such as the dryer vent, these spaces are just big enough that a pest can crawl
into, doesn't take much of a space for a pest to enter into your home.  Most
importantly is to maintain good inside and outside sanitation, pests can always find
what they need for life, and no matter how careful you are pests do get in.
